PRE-ORDER POLICY & FAQ

AT TIME OF PURCHASE/CHECKOUT YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE AND ALL POLICIES STATED ON OUR SITE

When Will My Order Ship?

All pre-order products will be held until the release/arrival of all items in that order.

Can I Can Cancel My Pre-Order?

Yes, pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before shipment. Cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee to help cover non-refundable payment-processing, order allocation, and administrative costs associated with your pre-order.
The remaining funds will be refunded to your original payment method.
Changes to estimated release dates or delays related to production, supply, shipping, or other circumstances outside of Sanardere’s reasonable control do not waive the cancellation fee.
Once your order has shipped, our regular return and refund policy will apply.

What About Release Dates?

A product has been released once the “Pre-Order” option is removed. Release dates are subject to change due to errors or delays in distribution and/or other unforeseen circumstances

Pre-Order Price Protection

If we lower the price of a pre-order product before its release date you will be credited the difference to your original payment method.
